This past spring HCI’s Medical Case Management Team worked hard to coordinate and set-up a food pantry for eligible Ryan White Part B Clients. This holiday season the team was exited to be able to assemble and distribute Thanksgiving food bags for 30 lucky Part B clients. The team looks forward to doing the same next month for clients located in our Hopkinsville service area. HCI staff representatives attended the 2016 National Ryan White Conference in Washington, DC. Held August 23-26, it was quite an experience! Influential & knowledgeable speakers, pertinent updates, & amazing networking opportunities! Staff attended the Clinical Pathways track as well as sessions focusing on continuous quality improvement, medical case management, standards of care, HIV care in rural areas, data driven health outcomes, and many other innovative topics.
